Joshua Himel

Joshua transitioned into the team at Diamond and Diamond as a lawyer in 2014, following his articling term at a prominent personal injury firm in Toronto. Graduating from the dual JD program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit, Joshua was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2014.

Throughout his law school journey, Joshua actively volunteered for Pro Bono Students of Canada and engaged in numerous moot competitions, refining his legal acumen. Currently, Joshua holds membership with the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association.

Specializing in plaintiff personal injury litigation, Joshua's practice encompasses diverse facets including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, accident benefits claims, and disability-related matters. His dedication to advocating for injured individuals underscores his commitment to seeking justice on their behalf.

Beyond the courtroom, Joshua finds solace in recreational pursuits, indulging in activities such as golf and softball, while cherishing quality time spent with his family and friends.
