Michael's legal journey began at the esteemed Osgoode Hall Law School, where he honed his skills in the complex field of law. After his graduation, he joined one of Toronto's leading personal injury law firms for his articles, laying a strong foundation for his future career. In 2015, Michael brought his expertise to Diamond and Diamond, joining as an associate lawyer.

Military Service and Its Impact Before embarking on his legal career, Michael devoted eleven years to serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, an experience that profoundly shapes his approach to law. His military career is marked by commendable service, including multiple overseas deployments - once to Bosnia and twice to Afghanistan. His time in the military wasn't without its challenges; in 2007, Michael was wounded in Afghanistan, an experience that deeply informs his understanding of the gravity of personal injuries and their impact on individuals and families.
