Dheeraj Bhatia from Madamser Law is probably amongst the most arrogant people I’ve come across in a very long time. He is rude, unprofessional, is money-hungry and puts his greed ahead of his clients needs.

I hired this ‘Lawyer” to conduct a thorough builder APS review and that was the first mistake. A simple note requesting that the findings / review feedback be communicated to me via email spiraled out of control where further demands for payment were made for services that were already paid for. He continued to suggest that he was more superior than other lawyers while putting others down.

I finally got a very short abrasive reply once Dheeraj realized he couldn’t dwindle me for further funds, in which he concluded that the reply without any context was enough for a $2,000+hst thorough lawyer review.

I’m heavily involved in the real estate business and know what a good APS lawyer review looks like.

Needless to say, avoid at all costs, lawyer is a money hungry SHAM. Screenshots and recordings are available to those questioning this review.
