I was in family court because my ex had an assault charge (criminal court) and was not allowed per conditions on my property.the 1 time Miss Oprea represented him as duty counsel she called me a "b&^tch" for rejecting his request to access my home where children's services had to bring assured be wouldn't be, for the safety of our son. She since then has either exchanged contact info inappropriately with my ex/respondent, or abused her access to legal resources to "track down" my case conferences where he is present...she has sat in 2 other case conferences with him and I where she wasn't working or representing him. This professional educated woman is a narcissists flying monkey. She even waited near the exit of the court to flirt with a man who batters women, has an alcohol problem and she uses the court room where she isn't even working! As a singles bar. Keep the desperation on Bumble or meet up with the respondent on your own time, not at a case conference you have absolutely no affiliation with. This misconduct and inappropriate behavior has been submitted to the LSO. Hope she learns professionalism before she gets disciplined.
