Scott Tottle

Scott completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Ontario and later earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1995, he has since dedicated his practice to advocating for claimants in motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, disability, and other insurance claims. With over two decades of experience in civil trial work, both jury and non-jury, Scott is a seasoned legal professional.

Outside the courtroom, Scott's early years were shaped by his passion for hockey. He spent three seasons playing in the O.H.L. for the Peterborough Petes and was drafted in the 3rd round of the N.H.L. draft. His professional hockey career included stints in the Vancouver Canucks farm system and playing in Germany.

Despite his transition from professional sports to law, Scott's enthusiasm for sports remains unwavering. An avid golfer and curler, he has been a member of the St. Thomas Golf & Country Club since 1997, indulging in these recreational activities to balance his rigorous legal career.
