Michael Yermus

Out of three Yermus associates and himself over three year period NO ONE ever explained me the steps of the process or any outcomes. Most of my emails with questions to him were ignored and unanswered. I wasn’t really contacted during the three year period. Mr. Yermus obstructed my medical treatment referring to that I had enough!! One of his first associates forged my signature on the retainer. The other one forced me not to disclose medical fraud to my insurance co. Mr. Yermus angrily yelled at me over the phone b/c I disagreed with him. At the end he quietly & covertly quit on me wasting almost 3.5 years of my time!! There was absolutely NOTHING positive about this firm! In three year period three different associates worked with me and all left the firm!
