Marty Rabinovitch

Marty Rabinovitch, a distinguished lawyer, embarked on his legal journey after graduating from Queen's University with a B.A.H. in Political Studies, followed by earning his LL.B. from the University of Windsor. During his academic tenure, Marty's scholarly excellence was recognized through multiple awards at Queen's University and Upper Canada College, including the prestigious 2008 Gavel Award from the University of Windsor for his exceptional legal writing skills.

Before joining the professional legal arena, Marty dedicated his summers to working at Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF), where he also completed his articling year from 2009 to 2010. This period was marked by his active involvement in a variety of legal proceedings, ranging from Small Claims to Superior Court cases. His articling experience was robust, featuring participation in examinations for discovery, settlement conferences, and trials. Marty's competence extended to appearances before masters and Superior Court judges, handling motions and various legal matters with commendable skill. Additionally, his advocacy extended to representing clients at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, showcasing his versatility and commitment to justice.

In 2010, Marty was officially called to the bar, marking the beginning of his specialization in commercial litigation, employment law, and human rights litigation.
