Gina Rhodes

Gina specializes in steering corporate entities and individuals through the complexities of restructuring and insolvency, along with handling intricate commercial disputes. In her capacity, she offers representation to a variety of stakeholders, including debtor companies, trustees, and both secured and unsecured creditors. Her expertise spans across orchestrating reorganizations under key legislative frameworks such as the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, alongside facilitating informal restructuring processes across multiple sectors.

Now a part of the Miller Thomson team, Gina brings a wealth of experience from her practice in both Canada and the United States. This transnational experience equips her with a unique perspective, enabling her to serve a diverse clientele with varied needs and objectives.

Gina is committed to providing tailored, practical advice from the outset, ensuring her strategies are in perfect alignment with her clients' goals. She deeply understands that each client's situation is unique, driving her to craft bespoke solutions that effectively address their specific challenges.

Admitted to practice in Ontario in 2020 and in Florida in 2015, Gina's educational journey is as diverse as her professional one. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Criminology and Modern Dance Performance from the University of South Florida, highlighting a multidisciplinary approach that enriches her legal practice.
