Gordon Ullman

After completing his studies in architecture and psychology at Yale University, Gordon pursued a legal career by earning a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. His legal journey began in earnest in 1984 when he was admitted to practice law in Ontario.

Gordon has carved out a niche for himself in the legal world, focusing on business, estate, and real estate law. He skillfully navigates the complexities of business law, advising on everything from the launch of new ventures to the intricacies of mergers, lease discussions, and contract drafting. His expertise extends to guiding executors and administrators through the labyrinth of estate planning, including the drafting of wills and managing probate processes. In the realm of real estate, Gordon's acumen covers both residential and commercial transactions, offering advice on financing, purchase agreements, and more.

His proficiency has not gone unnoticed, earning him membership in both the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations. Gordon's commitment to education is evident in his past role as an instructor with the Ontario Bar Association, where he shared his knowledge on corporate and real estate law.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Gordon dedicates time to community service, specifically with Margaret’s Housing and Community Support Services. This blend of legal expertise and community involvement marks him as a distinguished figure in his field.
