READ FULL REVIEW-DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM especially GABE GROSS-STEIN . I can verify everything I say. I originally hired Alison Craig to represent me. I initially found her to be intelligent, understanding and open minded. When we had to present information in the preliminary hearings she was very organized and did a good job. I felt very comfortable and confident with her and she always respected and took into account my opinion. I do have an extensive legal background and as a result I was completing most of the disclosure review and submitting the reports for them to review. Gabe Gross Stein was assisting Alison and from the onset I found him difficult, narrow minded, and inpatient. The issue began when Alison indicated she may have to deal with another matter and that Gabe would be splitting the time with her on my 4 day hearing. Well, she never showed up and Gabe never communicated with me despite telling me he was going to spend ample time reviewing everything and discussing the game plan. He never contacted me before the hearing, I sent him numerous reports summarizing the issues with disclosure and other matters. He didn’t touch base with the expert witness until the day before the hearing which left no time for the expert to confirm extremely important information discovered in his examination. He told me the strategy the morning of the hearing and when I had questions he was rude, argumentative, disrespectful, and ignorant. He would not listen and when he figured out that what I was saying did had validity he didn’t know the right witness to introduce the evidence to, completely forgot to introduce evidence, and totally dropped the ball on everything else. He was unorganized and arrogant. I warn you, do not use this firm especially if your case has any complexity. They will gladly take your money and could care less about their performance.
