Daniel Babin

Daniel's journey with Babin Bessner Spry began as an articling student in 2019, following his graduation from the University of Windsor with a Juris Doctor degree. His time in law school was marked by active engagement in community service and academic extracurriculars, including volunteering for Pro Bono Students Canada and participating in the peer mentoring program. Daniel also showcased his legal acumen in various moot court competitions, honing his skills for future practice.

In 2020, the firm recognized Daniel's dedication and talent, inviting him to join as an associate, a testament to his contributions and potential. Daniel's relationship with Babin Bessner Spry, however, dates back further. Before embarking on his legal education, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bishop’s University in 2015, demonstrating an early interest in understanding human behavior and its implications within the legal framework.

Daniel first dipped his toes into the legal field with Babin Bessner Spry as a legal assistant between 2015 and 2016, returning as a summer student in 2018. These experiences provided him with a solid foundation in legal practice, enriching his understanding and skills before formally starting his career as a lawyer.

Having been admitted to the Bar in Ontario in 2020, Daniel is a proud member of the Law Society of Ontario, adhering to the highest standards of legal practice and ethics.

Away from the demands of his professional life, Daniel enjoys a rich personal life filled with travel, culinary adventures, reading novels, and quality time with friends. These activities not only offer him relaxation but also a broader perspective on life, which he brings into his practice.
