 I've been getting the runaround from NLS ever since you left and my court date is soon approaching. I know you went on paternity leave (congratulations!🧸) and I am just hoping you can help me.

Mr.Jowott, I don't know what is going on at NLS, but it lacks the degree of professionalism that you have. Since you left I have not seen or heard from your replacement. I have gone there twice and to no avail. I was told that she made one attempt to call me on October 31and not get me ,I guess she gave up. I don't know what to do.I need schedule a surgery,I can't keep putting it off. I'm grateful for any suggestions you might have . Thank you very much.
