Hi there, I have a case that needs to go to the Divisional court to fight eviction for non-payment.. basically “buying time” atm, making the rent payments and arrears by the time we obtain a hearing date. It’s for the mother of my child but I’ll be paying the fees. - Arrears $22,000 - it has to be served, filed and served to sheriffs office before the 25th - A mother, child and senior in that house. The case was under section 78 then the landlord lied about receiving payment which caused eviction. Is that something you can help with? If you can, how much?
