Anne serves as an associate within our Litigation and Health Professionals Groups, where her primary focus lies in health law, professional discipline, and defamation. She is dedicated to assisting regulated health professionals, offering them counsel and representation across a variety of legal settings, including regulatory, administrative, and civil contexts.

Before her tenure at Torkin Manes, Anne's legal acumen was honed as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, where she was immersed in multifaceted civil litigation, alongside engaging in criminal, family, and Divisional Court cases. Her background also includes a stint as a law student at a prominent national firm specializing in construction and infrastructure law, and a semester devoted to working at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre.

Anne's educational journey culminated at Osgoode Hall Law School, an experience enriched by academic accolades. Her leadership roles encompassed serving as co-chair for the Osgoode Constitutional Law Society and a position on the executive committee of the Feminist Collective. Additionally, her commitment to the Osgoode community was evident through her involvement in peer mentorship and participation in the school's annual performing arts revue.

Her areas of expertise are concentrated in Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Health.

Anne's legal career is supported by her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2021, a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020, an MA from McMaster University in 2015, and a BA (Hons. with High Distinction) from the University of Toronto in 2014. Through her diverse experiences and academic achievements, Anne has developed a deep understanding of the complexities within health law and litigation, positioning her as a valuable resource for professionals navigating these challenging areas.
