In her approach to transactions, Ashley ensures a collaborative relationship with her clients, from initial deal negotiations through to the finalization of the transaction. Her areas of specialization include Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, and broader Corporate/Commercial law, highlighting her well-rounded skill set in the corporate legal sphere.

Ashley's credentials are impressive, marked by her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2016. She holds a JD from Queen’s University, earned in 2015, and an HBA from the University of Western Ontario's Ivey Business School, achieved in 2012, underscoring her strong foundation in both legal and business education.
