Danielle Thiessen is a pivotal associate within our Commercial Real Estate Group, specializing in residential real estate. Her background as counsel for both condominium corporations and developers equips her with a distinct insight into client advisories on residential property transactions.

Her proficiency spans the entire lifecycle of condominium development, including the initial acquisition, securing financing, composing purchase and sale agreements, preparing disclosure documents for diverse condominium projects, through to the official registration and subsequent unit sales to buyers.

Her expertise falls under the broad umbrella of Commercial Real Estate, reflecting her comprehensive understanding and skill set in the field.

Danielle's legal credentials are robust, having joined the Ontario Bar in 2017 after obtaining her JD from the University of Ottawa in 2016, underscoring her solid foundation and commitment to excellence in real estate law.
