Her experience covers essential workplace and HR issues, including but not limited to employee accommodations, managing attendance, tackling workplace violence and harassment, ensuring health and safety, dealing with employment misconduct and discipline, conducting investigations, overseeing hiring and terminations, and interpreting collective agreements.
