His approach often involves alternative dispute resolution methods, though he is also well-versed in representing clients at both trial and appellate levels.

Further extending his proficiency, Jonathan adeptly manages the crafting, reviewing, and dissecting of various construction-related documents. This encompasses general and trade contracts, along with agreements for architectural and engineering services, subcontracts, and contracts pertaining to supply, transportation, manufacturing, and even cannabis facility construction. His regular activities include drafting both custom and standardized construction contracts, consulting on the likes of CCDC, OAA, and CCA agreements, and guiding clients through the intricacies of contractual responsibilities, risk mitigation, and contract management.

Jonathan’s rich experience also includes advocacy for contractors and homeowners embroiled in residential construction disputes, as well as the creation of contract documents for residential projects.
