Ken plays a pivotal role in the Commercial Real Estate Group, focusing on commercial leasing, alongside the buying, selling, and financing of commercial properties. He represents a spectrum of clients, including top developers, retailers, and both landlords and tenants, dealing with retail, office, and industrial spaces. His work encompasses handling transactions for multi-unit residential buildings, mixed-use developments, and leasing for bespoke office and industrial properties, as well as managing shopping center leases and sale-leaseback deals.

Before joining the firm, Ken led the real estate legal department at The TDL Group Ltd. (Tim Hortons), bringing a wealth of corporate counsel experience. He is well-recognized as a speaker and writer on commercial leasing law, contributing his knowledge to the Law Society of Ontario, CBA, ICSC, and Federated Press. His accolades include the Rex Award for Office Lease of the Year and serving as Co-Editor for "Landlord’s Rights and Remedies in a Commercial Lease: A Practical Guide" (2nd edition).
