Noorin Manji

Noorin holds a position as an associate within our Commercial Real Estate Group, where her day-to-day activities predominantly focus on the transactional aspects of buying, selling, and financing diverse real estate properties. She is proficient in creating and refining various real estate documents, such as purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases.

Her experience extends to representing clients in Small Claims Court and making regular appearances at the Landlord and Tenant Board, offering her expertise in these judicial matters.

Her professional know-how includes Commercial Real Estate, Condominium/Subdivision Development, and Secured Lending & Mortgage Remedies.

Noorin's legal background is solidified by her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2017, an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014, an LLB from the University of Leicester in 2013, and a Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College in 2009. Her extensive education and hands-on experience make her a valuable asset to clients navigating the complexities of commercial real estate transactions and disputes.
