Siena holds the position of associate within the realms of Corporate/Commercial and Corporate Finance & Securities at our firm. She dispenses legal advice across a vast spectrum of matters pertaining to corporate and commercial law, with a concentrated focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, securities, private equity ventures, joint ventures, investment funds, and partnerships.

Before her tenure as an associate, Siena enriched her legal acumen through summer and articling positions at Torkin Manes.

Her areas of specialization include navigating mergers and acquisitions, understanding the nuances of the cannabis industry, and advising on matters of corporate finance and securities, alongside general corporate and commercial law.

Siena's legal journey is distinguished by her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2021, following her achievement of a J.D. from Western University in 2020 and a B.Sc. (Hons.) from Queen’s University in 2016. Through her varied expertise, Siena stands as a key advisor on complex corporate transactions and legal strategies.
