Her expertise extends to creating and negotiating a broad array of contracts and documents essential to land development and real estate transactions. This includes purchase and sale agreements, financial and security documents, mutual easement and operation agreements, restrictions agreements, and commercial leases.

Stephanie's practice spans a range of commercial development, conveyancing, and financing issues, from planning and zoning to the trading of commercial real estate. She specializes in examining title and off-title searches, as well as deferring land transfer taxes during corporate restructuring. Her deep understanding of planning and development is particularly evident in her work with shopping center projects, where she manages property severances, cross easements, and restrictive covenants.
