Thomas also stands by employers in managing occupational health and safety matters, which includes responding to regulatory orders and defending against charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, alongside handling claims and appeals under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.

His expertise is anchored by a solid educational background, including an LLB from Queen’s University and a BComm from the University of Toronto.
