Yale excels in her role as an external advisor, akin to an "in-house" counsel, where she addresses a multitude of commercial and legal dilemmas faced by businesses.

Her acumen spans the meticulous crafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements. This includes foundational corporate governance documents such as shareholder, partnership, and joint venture agreements, as well as key operational contracts covering procurement, distribution, sales representation, service provision, and licensing.

Yale places a high emphasis on the art of contract drafting, a skill she has honed through specialized training, including a course on Drafting Clearer Contracts led by Kenneth Adams, a renowned expert in the field.
