In a world of lawyers who do overcharge, and drag out communications (I’ve experienced this many times), not only is his base fee very fair, but it is really refreshing to have an honest lawyer who even covered a small shortfall in my condo closing since to him wasn’t a huge amount - still this was a kindness.

Michael got the job done on time last minute even though the other parties lawyer did not provide him with what we needed including final numbers, and his estimate was very close.

He was very patient and kind to explain things twice to both my father and I as my father was assisting with the purchase, and answered all of my questions and provided more answers I didn’t think of when I was being detail oriented.

I did have to follow up for the closing documents, but he is busy for a reason - he prioritizes his family and religion and treats his clients very well.  He will make sure your deadlines are met regardless.
