In June 2023, Pankhuri Malik embarked on a focused articling term with Sotos, delving into the realms of litigation and class action. Hailing from India, where she built a robust career in commercial and intellectual property litigation, Pankhuri brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to her current role.

Her educational journey led her to Osgoode Professional Development, where she earned her LLM in International Business Laws in 2021. During her time there, Pankhuri contributed as a writer to Osgoode’s IP law blog, IPilogue, and honed her practical skills as a clinic fellow at the IP Innovation Clinic. Her involvement extends into the legal community as a student member-at-large for the IT and IP Section Executive of the Ontario Bar Association, showcasing her commitment to her field of expertise.

Fluent in Hindi, Pankhuri’s linguistic skills enhance her ability to navigate diverse legal landscapes, offering her a unique edge in her practice. Her education is comprehensive, with a BBA LLB from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, India, and a diploma in International Business Laws and Corporate Laws of India, further grounding her understanding of the intricacies of international law.
