From a young age, I felt a strong pull towards the legal field, often sharing with my peers my ambition to pursue a career in law. This early determination set the stage for my eventual admittance to the Ontario Bar in 2002, a milestone that marked the realization of my childhood aspirations.

My innate drive to assist others and tackle intricate legal challenges propelled me towards a career that aligns closely with my core values. Following my graduation from the University of Toronto's Law School in 2000, I embarked on an internship at The Center for Reproductive Rights in New York City, an experience that seamlessly matched my career aspirations with my passion for legal work. Upon completing my internship, I felt compelled to return to Toronto, where I initially took on corporate litigation for a prominent firm located on Bay Street. Despite the intellectual stimulation this role offered, I sensed a void, a yearning for a more fulfilling pursuit.

This introspection led me to acknowledge my growing fascination with family law, a field I had been drawn to during my law school years. Motivated by this realization and my entrepreneurial spirit, I seized an opportunity in 2005 to pivot towards family law, joining a nascent firm as their pioneer family lawyer. This transition not only aligned with my professional interests but also allowed me to leverage my background in corporate litigation to represent individuals navigating divorce, including business owners and corporate executives.

My career took a significant turn in 2008 when I founded Stanchieri Family Law, driven by a desire to deepen my involvement in family law and extend our firm's offerings. Today, I frequently handle cases at the intersection of business and family law, dealing with high-stakes disputes and complex issues such as business valuations, asset division, and support calculations. Collaborating with financial and mental health experts, I aim to provide comprehensive support to our clients, addressing both their legal and personal needs.
