Erin Farrell, a dynamic partner at Gowling WLG's Toronto location, excels in the firm's advocacy department, handling a diverse array of commercial litigation cases. Her expertise spans class actions, product and professional liability, environmental law, and municipal liability. Erin is adept at defending professionals in both civil litigation and administrative matters, with a notable record in representing entities from the pharmaceutical, medical device, and manufacturing industries. Her legal guidance also extends to the banking sector, where she advises on litigation strategies, including motions and injunctions.

Erin's courtroom experience is comprehensive, with appearances across all Ontario court levels and representations before regulatory bodies and tribunals. Before her legal career, she engaged in genetics research in Germany and worked with a leading pharmaceutical company in California. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science with honors in Biochemistry (Nutrition), a Master of Science in Biotechnology, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary.
