David's journey into law began with his Honours graduation from McGill University in Montreal in 1978, followed by earning his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. His legal career was officially launched in 1982 when the Supreme Court of California recognized him as an Attorney and Counsellor-at-Law. Three years later, he was also welcomed by the Law Society of Ontario, granting him the titles of Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public.
With over 35 years dedicated to litigation, David has represented clients in a wide array of serious and intricate cases involving personal injury, disability claims, and wrongful death. His legal acumen has seen him secure remarkable victories against major corporations, including those in the railway sector.
