More Information:

Jonathan embarked on his legal journey with our firm in 2005, fresh from earning his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2006. He dove into his legal career headfirst, completing his articles with us before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2007, subsequently joining Gluckstein Lawyers as an associate. Jonathan's legal practice is devoted to the intricacies of insurance litigation, spanning personal injury, disability claims, occupier’s liability, medical malpractice, and product liability.

Fuelled by a deep-rooted desire to advocate for those affected by injury or injustice, Jonathan's path to becoming a legal advocate for injured individuals and their families was clear from the outset. Prior to his legal education, he pursued and obtained a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies in Organizational and Human Resources at the University of Western Ontario, a foundation that enhanced his ability to empathize with clients, understanding their situations and requirements comprehensively.

Jonathan's areas of legal expertise include handling cases involving brain and catastrophic injuries, long-term disability claims, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death, among others.

His academic background is solid, holding both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario.

Jonathan is an active member of the Ontario legal community, contributing through memberships with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates’ Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Ontario Bar Association. Notably, he served as the former chair of the New Lawyers Division of the OTLA.

Beyond his professional commitments, Jonathan has dedicated his time and expertise to pro bono activities. He has made significant contributions as a board member and as the Chair of the Brain Injury Society of Toronto (BIST) from 2008 to 2012, demonstrating his commitment to supporting individuals affected by brain injuries and their families. Through these roles, Jonathan has not only provided legal support but also played a pivotal role in raising awareness and fostering community within the brain injury sphere.
