Adam Grotsky

Adam is a legal professional who specializes in litigating corporate and commercial disputes and government-related matters. His expertise spans various regulatory regimes, with a focus on environmental and energy issues. Adam's approach to litigation prioritizes efficient and cost-effective resolution tailored to each client's needs.

With experience appearing in provincial and federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Prior to joining Osler, he served as counsel for the Department of Justice Canada, where he handled litigation and advisory matters for federal government departments. Adam regularly resolved judicial reviews and civil claims related to government decision-making during his tenure.

Adam holds a Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University, where he actively participated in student governance and community initiatives. He received the prestigious Agnes Benedickson Tricolour Award, recognizing his outstanding contributions to Queen’s University through extracurricular service. Additionally, Adam participated in an International Law School Exchange program at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, further enhancing his legal education and perspective.
