She was my immigration lawyer for permanent residency case. She informed me of her decision to decline my application right before deadline and went and did it anyway despite the fact that I told her I didn't want to do so. She was hard to contact during the process and left every thing to her paralegal. Also she has friends in the law society of Ontario who would defend her and justify her wrongdoing . Avoid this person. 

Assigned to my PR case via employer and she was unhelpful for a long time and rude when I followed up.
