Great Toronto employment lawyer

(2024-01-24)

5 out of 5 stars

When I first approached Barbara, I was entangled in a complex employment dispute. Her expertise in employment law, covering both employer and employee perspectives, was immediately evident. She masterfully handled my case, addressing every detail from wrongful dismissal to employment contracts. Her ability to navigate through workplace policies and labor board matters was nothing short of impressive.

Barbara's reputation precedes her, and it's well-deserved. Her features in CBC stories and guest appearances on shows like CBC's 'News Now' are a testament to her knowledge and influence in the legal field. Her media presence, combined with her role as a speaker at various prestigious events, instilled in me a deep confidence in her capabilities.

Not a good lawyer- I hired her, and she didn't do what she said she would do at all.

Wrongful dismissal case - automotive industry

(2025-04-17)

5 out of 5 stars

Barbara represented me in my case and my old company actually changed their pleadings to, “terminated with cause” when initially they had pleaded I was, “terminated with cause”.
Barbara systematically picked apart my former employers lies and their case fell apart due to very intelligent lawyering and impressive knowledge of current employment law. I received the severance pay I deserved despite being forced to fight for it. I was also awarded legal costs.
You get what you pay for and Ms. Green was worth the quoted legal cost in spades…. I still would’ve been very happy had I not been awarded legal costs. I would absolutely refer friends to Barbara.
