With a wealth of experience under his belt, Chris adeptly handles a variety of legal challenges, from contractual disagreements and corporate governance issues to shareholder disputes, securities law, and proceedings relating to insolvency. His capabilities extend to representing clients across all judicial levels in Ontario, the Federal Court and its appellate level, alongside engagements with administrative bodies, regulators, and in both domestic and global arbitration settings.

Before his current role, Chris was part of a prominent international Canadian law firm, where he focused on corporate transactions in Toronto and London, UK. His areas of specialization included mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and a broad spectrum of corporate commercial matters.

Chris's academic credentials are impressive, having graduated with honours from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2011, where he also received recognition in Canadian income tax law. His global perspective was enriched by a term at the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law.
