Alex Kolandjian

Alex serves as a Partner within the Commercial Real Estate division, offering extensive legal guidance across a spectrum of real estate endeavors. His clients include a diverse mix of landlords, tenants, real estate investment trusts, Indigenous communities, property developers, franchising parties, financial institutions, and property management firms, with his work spanning industrial, commercial, retail, renewable energy sectors, and more.

Beyond real estate transactions, Alex provides adept counsel on various corporate and commercial matters, specializing in the creation, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements.

Alex's contributions to the field extend to authoring insightful articles on commercial leasing, engaging in thought leadership at industry conferences like the International Council of Shopping Centres, and delivering presentations under the auspices of the Law Society of Ontario.

Having been called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 after completing his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 and earning a B.A. from York University in 2004, Alex's educational background lays a solid foundation for his legal practice.

His professional affiliations are equally impressive, including membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Armenian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Canadian Bar Association, reflecting his active engagement with both the legal and real estate communities.
