Alex holds the position of Associate within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at his firm. He's carving out a niche in commercial litigation, handling a wide array of disputes ranging from contractual disagreements to shareholder and partnership conflicts, construction issues, real property disputes, insolvency cases, fraud investigations, negligence claims, and administrative disagreements.
His courtroom presence is well-established across Ontario, notably on the Commercial List in Toronto. Alex's expertise also stretches to proceedings in the Federal Court of Canada and the British Columbia Supreme Court, as well as before various administrative tribunals and private arbitration sessions. Before his tenure at Foglers, he gained valuable experience articling at a renowned litigation firm in Toronto.

Alex’s academic journey is notable, having graduated from the University of Toronto with high distinction in 2015, followed by earning his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018. His leadership skills were highlighted during his tenure as President of the Osgoode’s Legal and Literary Society. Additionally, his prowess as an oral advocate was demonstrated through his participation in the Price Media Law Moot at both Cardozo Law School and Oxford University.
Outside the legal arena, Alex nurtures his passion for the arts and music. From attending live concerts to engaging in custom artwork (accepting commissions), playing guitar, and enjoying walks with his dog, Alex’s interests are as varied as his legal expertise.
Since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2019, Alex has actively engaged with the legal community, serving as a Member-at-Large in the Insolvency Litigation Practice Group of The Advocates' Society and taking on the role of Public Affairs Liaison for the Ontario Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
