Blair Bowen

Blair, a seasoned trial attorney, has dedicated over three decades to the realm of corporate and commercial litigation. His approach, honed through years of trial work, commercial arbitrations, and appeals, is deeply valued by clients for its balance of determined advocacy and realistic strategy.

Throughout his career, Blair has represented clients across all judicial levels in Ontario, along with the Superior Courts in British Columbia and Nova Scotia, and the Court of Appeal in British Columbia. His legal battles have also taken him to the Federal Court of Canada, the Tax Court of Canada, and he has been involved in applications to the Supreme Court of Canada. Blair's advocacy extends beyond the courtroom to tribunals like the Ontario Securities Commission and the Law Society Tribunal, showcasing his versatility as a lawyer.
