Bree Pierce

Bree has recently joined the ranks as an Associate within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, where she's carving out a niche in general civil and commercial litigation. Her burgeoning career is marked by a burgeoning reputation as a formidable advocate, actively engaging in a variety of litigation cases. These span from disputes rooted in contracts and transactions to the nuanced arenas of arbitration and mediation.

Her journey into law began with a distinctive dual JD achievement from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, laying a solid foundation for her legal prowess. Bree's commitment to legal service was evident early on, as she dedicated time to volunteer work at Community Legal Aid in Windsor and Lakeshore Legal Aid in Michigan. This involvement not only honed her legal skills but also underscored her dedication to community service.

Leadership is a trait that comes naturally to Bree, showcased during her law school years through her presidency of If/When/How and her executive role within the Hispanic and Latinx Law Students Association. Additionally, her scholarly contributions to Detroit Mercy’s Law Review illustrate her academic dedication and legal insight.

Away from the rigors of law, Bree indulges in travel and hiking, explores her passion for vinyl collection, and cherishes moments with her expanding animal family, reflecting a well-rounded persona that balances professional dedication with personal passions.

Having been called to both the Ontario and Colorado Bars in 2022, Bree’s academic and professional journey is complemented by her involvement in esteemed legal associations, including the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations.
