Charles embarked on his legal journey at Queen’s University, Kingston, where he earned his law degree in 1989. Following an articling period with the Ministry of Attorney General, he ventured into commercial litigation at a premier law firm in Toronto before joining Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in 1996. There, he has become a guiding light for clients navigating the intricate world of construction and commercial disagreements.
His legal expertise spans a wide array of fields, including construction and commercial disputes, with a notable focus on construction liens, building contracts, professional liability, and more. In 1998, Charles deepened his specialization in construction litigation with a Master’s Degree in Law from Osgoode Hall, York University.
