Her journey with Foglers began with her summer and articling periods, leading to her return as an Associate after gaining valuable experience at a specialized litigation and land development firm in Toronto. Hailey's background is diverse, with significant contributions in commercial real estate, employment, and insurance defense law, gathered at boutique firms not only in Toronto but also in Kingston, Ontario, her hometown. Her academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University's Faculty of Law. During her time at Queen’s, she led as the President of the Queen’s Law Cancer Society and directed communications for Juris Diction, the faculty’s student publication.

Before her legal studies, Hailey completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at McGill University, laying a solid foundation for her exceptional storytelling skills. Beyond her professional pursuits, Hailey dedicates her time to Pro Bono Ontario, offering indispensable legal advice on civil litigation and landlord-tenant issues to those in need.
