Josh has recently embarked on his legal career as an integral part of the firm's business law group. His academic journey is notable, having graduated with distinction from the dual J.D./HBA program at Western University's Faculty of Law and Ivey Business School, where he was honored with both the Dean of Law Entrance Scholarship and the HBA2 JJ Wettlaufer Award.
At Western Law, Josh was deeply involved in the student community, contributing significantly as a Case Manager at the Sport Solution Clinic. There, he championed the causes of amateur Canadian athletes, while also co-leading the Entertainment and Sports Law Association. His commitment to pro bono work shone through his involvement with Western’s Pro Bono Students Canada chapter, particularly in the Wills PLE project, and as a dynamic orientation week leader. Prior to his legal studies, Josh gained invaluable experience interning in the sports sector with notable organizations like Golf Canada and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Josh is passionate about traveling, competitive tennis, and cherishing moments with his family and their two yellow labs.
Having been called to the Ontario Bar in 2023, Josh's educational credentials are impressive, with degrees from both the Faculty of Law and the Ivey Business School at Western University. His practice area in corporate commercial law is already benefitting from his diverse background and commitment to excellence.
