Nina Perfetto

Nina holds a partnership at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP, specializing in corporate commercial litigation. Her expertise lies in navigating complex legal battles and contract disagreements for substantial corporate entities. Beyond her regular appearances in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, Nina has built a robust arbitration practice, focusing on shareholder and partnership disputes within private firms, partnerships, and joint ventures.

Her legal prowess extends across all judicial tiers in Ontario, where she's renowned for her work on shareholder rights and remedies, notably her influential paper on leveraging the Oppression Remedy in family business disputes. Nina's extensive experience covers a broad spectrum of litigation, including real estate and professional negligence cases, with a particular focus on the intricacies of the Ontario Business Corporations Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act.

More than a litigator, Nina serves as a pivotal advisor and strategic planner for her clients, often bridging connections within the industry to foster business growth and stability.
