Ross Francis

Ross transitioned to Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in the fall of 1995, marking the beginning of a distinguished legal career after making his mark in the Canadian Football League. His journey in law encompasses a diverse range of experiences, from private practice at a leading national firm to serving as in-house counsel and corporate secretary for a globally operating real estate development and management firm. As a pivotal figure in the Business Law Department, Ross leverages his extensive background to address a multitude of corporate and commercial issues effectively.

One notable aspect of Ross's practice is his adeptness at managing contested shareholder meetings, a skill set where he humorously notes the application of his football background.
