Ryan has rapidly become an invaluable asset within the business law group, where he's shaping a robust practice in corporate and commercial law. His enthusiasm for mergers and acquisitions, alongside a keen focus on corporate governance and various financings, distinguishes him in the field.

His journey with Foglers began early, transitioning from a summer position into articling with the firm, showcasing his dedication and seamless fit within the team. His academic path was marked by a J.D. from Western Law, during which he demonstrated a commitment to serving the community by working with Pro Bono Students Canada, aiding community agencies with complimentary legal services.

Away from the legal world, Ryan pursues interests that speak to a well-rounded character; from strumming the guitar and immersing himself in the world of sports, watching basketball, football, and hockey, to the skies where he's earned his private pilot license, showcasing a spirit of adventure and continuous learning.

His educational credentials are solid, with his initiation into the legal profession marked by his call to the Ontario Bar in 2022, following his graduation from Western Law in 2021 and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from York University in 2018.
