Sahar Sayyad

Sahar is carving out a notable path within the business law group, focusing on broadening her expertise in corporate and commercial law.

Her academic journey, anchored by a J.D. from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, reflects her dedication to legal excellence. Sahar's intellectual pursuits began with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Classics followed by a Master of Arts in Latin, both from the University of Toronto, showcasing her diverse academic interests.

During her time at the University of Toronto Law, Sahar's leadership as Co-President of Women & the Law and her role as a Senior Editor for both the Journal of Law & Equality and the Indigenous Law Journal underline her commitment to legal scholarship and advocacy.

Away from her legal endeavors, Sahar's interests include culinary explorations in the city, immersing herself in literature, and the joy of discovering new places through travel.

Having been admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2021, Sahar's educational foundation is impressive, with degrees in law, classics, and Latin. Her practice area in corporate commercial law is benefiting from her varied background and commitment to legal practice and community engagement.
