Sean has woven his path through the intricate world of business law and the dynamic sphere of capital markets & securities, serving as a distinguished associate within his firm. His legal journey was fortified by a J.D. from Queen’s University, a chapter in his life where he not only excelled academically but also left a mark through his leadership in extracurricular endeavors. Before setting foot in law school, Sean distinguished himself at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, graduating with high distinction in Commerce, his focus sharpened on management.

At Queen’s Law, Sean’s engagement stretched beyond the classroom. He demonstrated his leadership and team spirit as the co-captain of the Law Games Team and the Tortfeasors Rugby Club, embodying the qualities of a team player and a leader. His commitment to community service shone through his role as a student caseworker at the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic. There, he dedicated his efforts to offering free legal advice to seniors, providing a glimpse into his compassionate nature and dedication to serving those in need.

Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Sean finds joy and balance in life through soccer, exploring new destinations, and his green thumb, particularly in nurturing his tomato garden. This blend of interests showcases a well-rounded individual who values both personal growth and community contribution.

Since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2021, Sean has made significant strides in his practice areas, including banking and financial services, corporate commercial law, and ensuring public company maintenance and compliance. His expertise also extends to the mining and minerals industry group, where his contributions continue to make a marked impact.
