Her initial engagement with the firm through summering and articling laid the foundation for her profound understanding of various legal challenges, ranging from disputes between debtors and creditors, to complex corporate and shareholder disagreements, alongside tackling issues related to bankruptcy, insolvency, and privacy.

Her expertise is not limited to the courtroom; Teodora has also made her mark in private arbitrations across Ontario, showcasing her skills as a formidable counsel. Her client-centric approach is characterized by a deep commitment to tailoring her services to meet individual client needs, ensuring their objectives are met with precision and diligence.

Before embarking on her legal career, Teodora enriched her knowledge base with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour at McMaster University, further deepening her analytical skills and understanding of human behavior—a valuable asset in her legal practice. Her legal education was completed at Western Law, where she actively contributed to the student community, evidencing her leadership and dedication to the legal field.

Teodora's linguistic abilities in Serbo-Croatian and French enhance her versatility in serving a diverse clientele.
