Anil Aggarwal

Anil Aggarwal, a seasoned lawyer at Fasken, has extensive experience in investment funds and asset management. He regularly advisesclients on the structuring, distribution, and management of Canadian private and public investment vehicles. Anil has drafted various material agreements, including trust, management, advisory, sub-advisory, and distribution agreements.
