Armand Benitah

Armand Benitah is a seasoned Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer with extensive experience in patent law, trademark law, trade secrets, and copyright law. As a Partner and Chair of Fasken's Toronto Intellectual Property Group, he provides strategic and tailored advice to clients across various industries, including mining, manufacturing, and technology.
