Caleigh Dayan

Caleigh Dayan specializes in the sphere of commercial real estate, with a keen focus on handling property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, financing, and commercial leasing.

Her expertise extends to guiding a diverse clientele, ranging from international to local entities, through the intricacies of purchasing and selling various types of properties—be it office spaces, undeveloped plots, or retail centers. Additionally, Caleigh plays a pivotal role in facilitating real estate financing deals and navigating commercial leasing agreements for both property owners and tenants.

Caleigh's academic journey in law commenced at Queen’s University's Faculty of Law, where she contributed her time and skills to the Queen’s Law Cancer Society and the Queen’s Law Correctional Law Project. Before embarking on her law career, she pursued and excelled in criminology and sociology at the University of Western Ontario, achieving distinction and Dean’s Honor List recognition.

Caleigh's commitment to community service is evident through her active participation with the Jewish National Fund and mentoring for the Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) Program. Her professional affiliations include memberships in the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, NAIOP, and the Urban Land Institute, illustrating her engagement and presence in the legal and real estate sectors.
